Achingly Romantic Weddings
A bespoke service, designed to your own individual needs and wishes. The ceremonies may be as dignified and serious as a church wedding, and include spiritual or scriptural readings or have the religious element replaced by words and music which have real meaning to each couple. Together with you, Diana will design a bespoke, elegant and achingly romantic ceremony which will reflect your own personality, expressing your commitment in a public declaration of your love for each other.

Renewal of Vows
As couples reach a milestone wedding anniversary they often look to renewing their wedding vows. Your original vows or new, personalised vows can be used or you can be encouraged to write your own poignant words or have them composed for you. By sharing precious moments and thoughts, these can be woven into your ceremony in a public declaration of your ongoing love and commitment to each other.

Baby Naming
Naming ceremonies welcome a child into a family and confirm his or her identity. They are officially embraced within their family, whether they are newborns, adopted children or step children. Perhaps you are a single parent and wish to affirm your commitment to your child/children with a simple, meaningful ceremony. These ceremonies can be held indoors or outdoors at Salterns Hotel. Diana's ceremonies allow a number of choices for you to include in your ceremony and she has an extensive collection of readings, poems, prayers and blessings for you to choose from, or you may include your own personally written or selected pieces which are meaningful to you.

Asahi British Beach Polo Championships 2012 - Sandbanks Poole

Sandbanks, Poole - Britain’s premier beach location – is poised to host the 5th British Beach Polo Championships on 6/7th July 2012. A unique festival of sport and music - the south coast’s sporting and social summer spectacle. This year for the first time the four nations England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales come head to head to battle it out for the Championship title.

The Polo, played in an enclosed arena, has been referred to as ‘Ice Hockey on Horse Back’. Spectators are close to the action – they can fully appreciate the horsemanship, speed and gladiatorial nature of the sport. The thrill and excitement of horses galloping on the sand with the English Channel as a backdrop, whilst sipping champagne amongst glamorous company, is a vision to remember – an intoxicating mix.

The intrigue of Beach Polo is complimented by other activities at the event such as the Oakley International Beach Volleyball, a polo pony V 4 x 4 charity race and a fashion show – there is also an opportunity for guests to ‘Have a Go’ at polo. All this is enjoyed with sumptuous refreshments throughout the day whilst guests take in the excitement and glamour , both on and off the pitch. The Beach Retail Village attracts a wide range of exhibitors of luxury, beach and polo related goods and services. Quality food concessions and bars are also an important feature of this unique event experience.

In the evenings, when the sun sets over the Jurassic coast, the renowned Polo Beach Parties allow Polo Players, Celebrities and Supporters to dance, relax and socialise until the small hours of the morning. Swing the Polo on Friday night, with a floodlit polo exhibition, will bring an eclectic mix of Swing and Jazz to the beach. Whilst on Saturday night there will be an electric club party to remember.
